If you believe in reincarnation, you must know about karma and dharma. Karma is all the good and bad deeds you've done thru the entirety of that life, but dharma is you're stated role for that life, and the world that life is placed in. So it makes sense that some digimon could be humans who have transcended the lessons of our world and been sent to the digital world for the next step in becoming truly enlightened, or been sent there as some sort of punishment, case in point ;numemon.

Ah, well yeah I'm not fond of digimon trying to look like humans unless theres a clear reason and difference like Angemon. The idea of being reincarnated into digital data is also a little bizarre, I believe in reincarnation but still I'm pretty sure that wouldn't make sense when digimon are made of data and when they die they reincarnate as digimon and never humans.

Well, i do have this idea for an original line. But as i understand, you don't like humanoid digimon, and the rookie is a humanoid that evolves into a dragon more and more as it digivolves. And my basis is my belief in reincarnation, the in-training is actually a human spirit who is reborn and a digimon. I'm still working on this though, i don't even have a name yet.

(Well, it is.....Stress, anxiety, problems, depression, etc... It's the same. You worry, you only thing about that thing creating other hypothesis that are always negative and making you feel more guilty, or you imagine the scariest, worst part of something. So, it isn't slow death? torture is, I'm sure.)
