The DDC is an addictive Digimon forum game where you can choose your own Digimon partner. Battle with it in one of our exploration areas to level it up, gain new attacks, and then Digivolve them to stronger levels. You can also catch other Digimon to build up your team, or save up your bits to create your own custom Digimon, known as Fanmon. Everything is manually done here. We have many friendly helpers ready to help you out with your battles!
So, I've recently started playing Digimon Battle Online again, I started a new Tamer and I've been playing for about a month now. I am wondering how many others also play this game? What Digimon do you have? And I am also wondering if any of the DBO players would be interested in joining a Digital Destiny Clan Guild if I were to create one? =O
My tamer name is Durgon, I have a level 61 Impmon named Beelzemon (currently working on getting a Blast Mode Card), a level 60 Guilmon, and a level 41 Agumon. I am also working on getting Mekanorimon cards, I'm planning on going for the Machinedramon line.
Well I did played the game and liked it, but I stop playing because of personal stuff and other things interested me, so I left a so weak tamer with garurumon, greymon and a wargrowlmon. I tried to play it again, but the game didn't work =/ currently checking why was that, but without any answer Anyway, it's not likely I have so much free time either, I got more interested with writing and talking to other people that somehow...I left games for a time
Digimon Master was developed after D. Battle and it's has more graphics and sometimes gets more playable, but that owns opinion, but you will have to face the Korean thing....you will seriously won't be able to understand the plot/events at all, but it's not too important and it has a LOT of quests to do (some on you will have to figure what to do) and it's upgraded every week with new digis or missions, but I don't know, maybe others opinion can help?

It's like King said in the other topic. It doesn't have a virus or anything, at least not if you download it from the official site, and nothing else interferes with that download. I'd also avoid any third-party addons or patches if you're worried about that stuff, since those can sometimes hold viruses and stuff you don't want. I'd think if the actual game itself had a virus, people would have noticed by now, and they'd be a lot more postings over it, esp. since this is the older game.
I have seen cases though when people thought a virus came from somewhere, and they actually got it from somewhere else. And sometimes anti-virals can be weird. I have a free anti-virus program from my ISP, and I have no idea how good it is, but it's free, so I use it.
Very true indeed.....Anti-virus do what they want sometimes >_>, they can easily detect a Troyan virus coming from a external object (like a pen-drive) for example and will never find a Worm virus coming from internet.....even the best ones can have that problem so let's not blame the anti-virus for now (my father always says that it's better to analyze the computer from a external source) Anyway, the creators will never let a virus get on their game (because that would be bad for getting players) and if it happens, they will delete it fast. Also want to point that those ''Downloaders'' we use sometimes could be the reason of the virus (even if the page show them, they aren't very trust-able And Lunar is completely right about something, patch are farrrr TOO famous for getting virus and ''key coders'' (those things that enter on your computer to save the info you input to guess your passwords and other thing), so yeah, only download those when you are completely sure about the place where you are....and of course if it's really necessary (maybe something that would ''improve'' your fun could kill the game in a way you won't expect)
bluebomb: just got a new laptop for the first time in a while and synced my old account and found this bookmarked and literally had to check it out again for old times sake... dunno if anyone will see this but if you do, Merry Christmas, wishing y'all the best
