So well, after a good load of hours, we managed to get the site into working fully again. Sadly, we have come with a few problems in the way.
Mainly, we didn't know there was a queue to get updated to v5 and that it would take so long to get it done. We are currently number 68th in the queue of forums who want to get updated. The number hasn't moved during the entire day and it doesn't seem like it's going to move anytime soon. So we will have to delay the update to v5 till whenever we get the chance.
Problem is, though, that it looks like the forum will be updated to v5 during a certain day and time unknown to us. So we will have to put the maintenance mode again and get everything working properly as soon as we notice.
Sorry for the trouble caused and the one that is has yet to come. Updating the forum has been more problematic than we have thought.
On the bright side, we have a few updates I am sure you will at least, enjoy (I hope, I hope, I hope).
First off, the Transfield has been closed and all the battles have been moved to the Unfinished Event Battles, there you can finish them and then you will be able to continue the ones you have from before the event. Once the second are done, you will then be able to do as you please with your new team.
Second, all the areas have kind of been smashed together. Nop, not a Transfield. We now have a World Map where you can access all of the former areas. From the creepy Shadow Abyss to the shiny Cloud Palace, you can still access them there, but now all eight areas are in a single board. All new battles and even event battles are to be placed here from now on.
I know it will be hard to get used to it, but it's for the best. I don't know you guys, but I am totally sick of thinking 'why wouldn't this X helper take my battle instead of this X helper', and I am sure some of guy pass through the same thing. Well, now all helpers must update everyone's battles to keep things moving as we do with the events. This will also help the helpers to a degree, since they won't have to click so many boards and such for finding their battles. This is just in beta zone, you know, we can always return to the old system if it proves to be worse than it was before. Share your thoughts, please.
Third, the Tour Guides have been totally rebuild. Now there is no cost in using it so you can hold up a battle against the strongest Digimon possible instead of fighting the weak ones that always appear or you can also go picking on weaker Digimon or catch them, whatever you want since it's free!
Also, there are now Sub-Areas for each stages. This is more to make things interesting that anything, since it's just a few names for each zone. You can be boring and say Shadow Abyss - Champion or say Shadow Abyss - Solidified Magma, whatever it works for you.
Oh and there are new some Special Zones appearing on each Area. Seems like they have some neat effects and prizes. They are colored with [Beige] in the Tour Guide Index. But hey, how sad, you don't seem to be able to access them so lightly.
Forth and almost reaching the end. We have two new Mission Sets! Mission Set 4th, which is the Set of the Digivices, once that we had been working for a while and never got the chance to start and Mission Set 5th, which is the Set of the Special Zones. By doing this quests, you will learn everything you need to know about those new Special Zones on each Area and possible getting some nice new items. A little teaser would be to say that we now have weapons as equipment, so eh.
So that's pretty much everything that needs to be covered. If you have been so kind to read through all of this, congrats! You have just earned yourself a prize. Send me a message with the code ''I want more gems''.
And uh, uh, we have another update! You can see my totally remasterized Signature. I hope you like it, because you will have to admire my oh so handsome dragons on every single thread you see in the forum (as I pretty much post everywhere so eh). So yeah, hope you do enjoy it XD >>>> Your so called admin being a clown here as always.
Good luck to everyones!
