Okay guys, this took us a while, but we finally came to an agreement on how to deal with these, hopefully, you will find this interesting enough!
Allow me use a question/answer method to explain this, just because I feel like explaining it like that, feel free to add more questions, though! You know comments are always appreciated.
What are we talking about here?
We are talking about Partnership Breedings! Is the simple act of breeding two Digimon that are in a relationship to create a fellow egg that will hold hope, strenght and love (hopefully!).
Why are these Partnership Breedings different than normal ones?
Oh that's the most important question of all. Partnership Breeding has quite a bunch of benefits, mainly for the children of the breedings. Let's lists these benefits:
>> Third Egg Granted/Change of Fourth Egg: You know that normally a breeding can produce up to two or three eggs, uhm? Well, this kind of breeding will grant the third egg and there is even a chance of getting a fourth one! Cool eh?
>> Instant Parent Friendship: Normally when you hatch a Digimon you will have no kind of boost whatsoever unless you register a friendship. With Partnership Breeding, the resulting egg will register a friendship with their parents as soon as they hatch, giving boosts both to its parents and the egg itself. No need to register anything, it's immediate, showing the union in a family!
>> Quick Growth: Normal eggs need up to 5 battles in order to hatch. Eggs that come from a strong relationship and united family grow faster, they only need up to 4 battles to hatch. Not the oh so big boost, but eh, the more the merrier, right?
>> Higher Inherit Trait Chances: Normally there is a small chance of the Digimon inheriting their parent's special traits (Attribute Changes or X-Antibody). Children from a partnership will have a much higher chance of inheriting such traits from their parents.
>> Paternal Education: Now this is by far the most useful boost. Once every certain amount of levels the children can learn a move from either of it's parent's species with 100% chance (yes, no fail chances, it will always succeed at the first attempt and no bits will be needed). It doesn't matter whenever the parent is from a different species, it can still teach the move to its children (and of course, the children can choice any of its parents for the move). Neat, uh? This can be quite useful not only because it lets a Digimon learn moves from a different species, it can also help it to obtain strong moves at the first attempt (since you will be able to select the move you want to learn, no randomness will occur, you will have all the power). Only drawback is that no special or type moves can be learned by this method. Only moves that belong to the actual species are accepted, not the special ones you can learn from BanchoLeomon for example.
Wow! But what are the requirements for the Partnership Breeding?
Well first requirement is that the Digimon who make the breeding register a friendship with each other. But just a friendship will not do, both Digimon have to involve in roleplays and make their relationship grow first. Once they show to be on each other and are sure of their choice (as we won't accept multi partnerships here, eh!) they will be declared as partners and all breedings they do with each other will have the category of Partnership Breeding with all the benefits listed above.
Nice, and how do we know if a Digimon is ready for Partnership Breeding?
Well, we will mark them with some hearts! Eh, the simplest the better they say:
These will marks both of the partners's names. An extra line stating who their partner is will also be added.
Oh and since we are here:
These will mark the children from a Partnership Breeding so you can tell with ease which are which.
Any more questions?
Well, that's something I have to ask! Come on, if you have any doubts or questions, bring them in!
