I like to believe we are a fair and transparent site and please do correct me if I am wrong with such statement. And in order to keep it like that, I would like to share something with you guys.

Most of you have seen the issues Marcool and BlackKnight have been causing around. Mainly spamming and bothering other users, not to mention the time when he created another account in order to have two tamers in the site. And, yes, I say he because Marcool and BlackKnight have always been the same person. They may have different emails but we are positive that they have the same IP and act fairly similar, not to mention the PM he has been sending us.

Now what does this has to do with anything? Oh well, you might have noticed that BlackKnight has deleted his own account without any notice, and I am here to tell you why.

Remember the site he created? Digimon Kingdom? Well, as it always happens he just decided to copy us. Not only did he tried making a similar system but he even went so far to just copy/paste our Missions set on his forums like they were his. Moreover, he is even using the images of our Photobucket account in his forum, consuming our limited bandwidth. We sent him a PM requesting the immediate disposal of the stuff that he is stealing from us, but he just deleted his account as a reply and blocked the access to the missions he copied on his site.

So, well. Yes, we finally decided to ban his IP for good as the limits were reached. We gave him a bunch of opportunities but he just...oh you get the idea. I just wonder if I should have let him an opportunity from the first time since he had trouble written on his forehead the whole time. I dunno, maybe we are just too kind, but fair is fair I suppose. I already made a denounce to the Copyright Agency to see what they will do about his site, so yeah.

And well, I am telling you guys this so you are aware of it. I don't want to just put a cape on this and hide it from you. I want this site to be transparent and lovely for you all that support us and have fun here. It's only fair we don't betray such a powerful feeling like trust is, so yeah. You are now aware of what happened with him. And....no idea what else to say. Any ideas, guys?

Well this totally sucks. I hope the punk burns in hell for his theft and betrayal!

And just so you guys know, BuzzDragon and I should have the same IP Address. I am not cheating, the BuzzDragon account is a friend of mine who is currently living with me. He has no other way of getting online than to use my phone at the moment. I hope we are not breaking any rules.

*Shakes head* There is no rule against that, Drake. It's nice to know that he lives with you, so yeah, no issue with it, don't worry. We are not that severe. We just...wait, tell me, which sites does love and accept spam? Yeah....hehe. But indeeds, everything is alright with it, don't worry man.

I expected this ever since he sent us that PM, i hate people who just blindly copy things other people made without even giving them a notice or give them credit, that's just plain wrong and should be punished.

Also, i picked up that two people can have the same IP as long as they're different people right? My little brother really wants to join the site but he wouln't take the risk of getting me banned.

That's all the reply I got from Proboards Copyright Agency. It took me like...an hour or so writing the email for them. It was quite hard since I had no idea how to write it down formally and the language barrier didn't help at all. And...well, they just sent that as a reply. *Sighes* sometimes I don't know why I bother....

But anyways, good thing is that most of the stuff he was copying from us was removed. Bad news is that since I have no idea what Proboards wants to do with his site, we will have to keep tracking his site for a long loooong while. And denounce him again if he ever copies our stuff again. You can imagine how ''awesome'' I feel now, right? *Shakes his head and sighes* I thik I am never ever going to give someone like him a chance ever again. It's just useless.

As for your question, Dramon, what is prohibited is to have two accounts for the same person. Like this....kid did with the three accounts he created. This counts both in terms of having two master accounts (accounts registered with different e-mails) and having two characters in the same master account (like some of the staff does to get some events done, the idea is not to have two tamers to train Digimon and have advantage over the others).

Nevertheless, your brother can pretty much join in any time, there is no rule against that. You just have to make us aware of it and then you are free, eh we are not that strict. And we trust you, Dramon, just like we trust everyone else here. No need to fear really. You just have to deliberately do things wrong to get on our bad side, so yeah, your brother is totally welcomed, heh.
