The DDC is an addictive Digimon forum game where you can choose your own Digimon partner. Battle with it in one of our exploration areas to level it up, gain new attacks, and then Digivolve them to stronger levels. You can also catch other Digimon to build up your team, or save up your bits to create your own custom Digimon, known as Fanmon. Everything is manually done here. We have many friendly helpers ready to help you out with your battles!
I have plenty of memories from the site, memories from each of my dare and personal friends here and just comrades in general I used and still have fun with. I have many and it would be easier if people would ask me what particular memory I hold dear that involves them. Though I will be honest there are three memories that somewhat stand from the rest.
The first involves Lunar. She could pretty much be the very first intimate and intense contact I had with a person from the internet (would be funny to say Digital World here, but eh, I want to make it clear that it was actually not just from the site), even before my dragoness. I am a talkative person, that can easily be seen and Lunar was surprisingly outgoing too when she found something she liked. I say surprisingly because, uh, back then you wouldn't even think an admin could remotely relate to a normal user and she was the silent overseer of the forum, even more than how Darks is now eh (said with care for my feline friend!). I don't know, we started talking about writing, but it went so far out-topic so quickly and so many times that she actually moved the actual thread five times and cut it at least three, you know, trying to keep the original idea in a place and the random talk into another. We talked about our parents, things that bothered us and such. We talked so much that she approached me in a time of need when something happened, you know, with the typical 'I don't know why I am telling you this but I am still doing it', uh. And being the person I am, I of course supported her and we became friends in the way and talked for hours and hours in Skype, about the chat, about drawing, writing, damn if I ever had something done I would immediately show it to her to see what she thought and we surely shared our problems to each other, it was so nice.
The second memory involves Yaku. Man how much I talked with him, even though we never shared MSN/Skype ids (which is kinda the way you contact me as I am there everyday most of the time) and just used the forum in general and the very old chat we had there....oh well I just consider him a close friend, it was so fun to just be silly and talk about whatever, Digimon, games, just whatever we thought off. It's kinda the same relationship I have with the guys like Tehrag, Dramon and also DT, my cousins and bros, though well, Yaku is kinda the first and I missed him a bunch when he vanished suddenly.
The last one and the most recent involves Andrei. Well...eh, I have a special relationship with that guy. He is my best friend and buddy and we talk via Skype everyday. Oh I remember the silly and kinda strange roleplays we had in the forum games section of the forum. You can still find the roleplays stuck in middle of all those numbers and we had at least three active ones, making use of our characters just to....follow the flow honestly, it's not like we ever tried on doing anything, it was just fun and nice things came from it. We are close to each other now.
I also have a BUNCH of memories with a lot of persons here, but forgive me if I prefer to hold them till the involved says otherwise! Some of my most fond memories are related to stuff said and done privately, not like I have any problem, but, you know, I speak a LOT, so one thing or two always escapes from my....uhm....finger nerves, I guess? It's not really like I think what I am typing, I just let my hands do so, that's why I have typos sometimes, hands do write what they feel like uh.
That's some of mine at least. I would like to hear some of the others!
Where to start. Let's see if my "Golden Memory" hasn't turned into dust with all these years.
Where my top 2 guys were easily King and Liz, it actually surprised me to see Liz had just disappeared. Well King, we both started almost at the same time and he was like the outgoing, cool guy that goes for the dragon type digimon that everyone just loves. I was more like the dorky, energetic dude that just keeps talking and "yapping" and all that stuff, going for the beast type digimon. We somehow started talking... and talking... and boy we talked about almost anything that crossed our minds, from the feverish hot seasons where King lives, up to casual Digimon RP. It was very fun and I remember I enjoyed just hanging around and chatting. I remember both of us became helpers at the same time, making us of course *cough* nerds *cough* very excited to help out with the forum. Liz well... she was basically a cute fluff with fangs. She was so nice and caring yet at the same time always had the guts to stand upt to herself and be one of the best tamers back when I was very very active. We would talk all the time about writing, about which digimon we would use in a fight, what were our objectives and I constantly asked her for some sprites since at that time she practiced recolors.
About events my top events easily are King's Death match, the Shikamon Christmas event and the Halloween event. It's funny cause I can't remember a lot of stuff but I certainly remember having so much fun at that time.
Another thing that I pleasantly remember was when the staff reunited on their separated threads and we would discuss new events, new stuff, helping out others. It was very pleasant, I really enjoyed the fanmon polls of the month we used to hold to give new Digi-Egg evolutions to make it more interesting and varied to have more than 1 Digi-Egg
I probably forgot a lot of stuff because a lot of time happened, but I kind confidently say the number of fond memories in this site is very big.

Well I've been a member for bout a year and now I'm finally starting to slow down like the rest of you so let me think for a second here.
Best Memory: It has to be when I first joined. I was awkward and had no clue how to do anything here so I started talking with people and I became friends with Rose. Of course then we were more acquaintances and not really friends yet cause I was still learning and it was more just Rose was who I asked questions and she gave me answers. But it wasn't until I started trying my hand at fanmon that we really became good friends. I remember trying to make this god awful fanmon that was just a reskin of a digimon that woulda become the equivalent of a champion mega. And after a few attempts I soon started spriting but this was right after Rose invited me to the Fanmon Guild. I remember being really excited even though I knew I didn't really earn my spot but it was still nice to be included especially with some family issues going on at the time. So when I first joined I kinda just looked around made a few more bad fanmon until I finally got good at spriting (ok not the best but hey I was 12 going onto 13 so shhhh), and I made a nice sprite for one of Rose fanmon which to this day I'm still fairly proud of. And it made me really happy when Rose said she actually liked it so that has to be my best memory.
The boundaries which divide Life from Death are at best shadowy and vague. Who shall say where the one ends, and where the other begins?
Wild Rose: And I agree with Syn. A Discord would be a good idea.

IcestarRiver: Good luck if you're going to try and revive it. Helper work was super overwhelming when I used to do it, with all the calculations and formatting, so I feel like it'd fare better being simpler, but, y'know. Not my business, really.
